Kylie Jenner showed off her tiny midriff on Snapchat just days after she was criticized for promoting a waist trainer.
The Life of Kylie star, 20, took to the app to share a shot of herself wearing black leggings, a black sweatshirt and a gray sports bra. In the clip, captioned “Work Mode,” she pulled up the sweater to reveal her super-toned torso, just a little over a month since welcoming her first child, Stormi Webster, with boyfriend Travis Scott.
Us Weekly spoke with Dr. Cynthia Robbins, who advised that Jenner should avoid wearing the slimming garment because not only are the results “temporary,” but she believes it can “put harmful compression to the abdomen.” Instead, the Texas-based OGBYN advises her patients to “wear a support wrap or belly wrap postpartum to stabilize the patient’s pelvis so that it is held in place and no longer shifts. This allows for early resumption of exercise and for earlier return to normal function and pre-pregnancy shape. This is a healthy way to quicken recovery.”
The Keeping Up With the Kardashian star has been showing off her post-baby body more and more since announcing the arrival of her daughter on February 1 after going MIA while pregnant. On March 16, Jenner shared a photo of herself in a hot tub with best friend Jordyn Woods. Prior to that, she shared a sexy selfie on March 10 wearing a crop top before attending a birthday celebration for Khloé Kardashian’s boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.
