Future besties? Patrick J. Adams joked about playdates between his daughter and former Suits costar Duchess Meghan‘s unborn baby.
“Maybe at her house,” Adams, 37, told Entertainment Tonight on Friday, March 1, of the potential location of the gatherings. “It’s a little bigger.” (Queen Elizabeth II gifted the duchess, also 37, and her husband, Prince Harry, Frogmore Cottage, a source told Us Weekly in November 2018. The home, which is part of the royal Windsor Estate, once had 20 rooms, including 10 bedrooms.)
As for parenting tips, the Pillow Talk alum and his wife, Troian Bellisario, have kept their mouths shut. “We’ve shared exactly zero tips with her, because I don’t think Meghan needs any tips about anything,” Adams said.
The Pretty Little Liars alum, 33, added: “She looks like she knows what she’s doing.”
Adams and Bellisario, who tied the knot in December 2016, welcomed their little one in October 2018. “The world just got 8lbs heavier,” the actor wrote on Instagram at the time.
The proud parents, along with fellow Suits stars Gabriel Macht, Sarah Rafferty, Abigail Spencer and Jacinda Barrett, attended Adams’ former onscreen love interest’s royal wedding in May 2018.
The philanthropist told well-wishers in January that her baby with the Duke of Sussex, 34, is due in late April or early May. While the pair have remained tight-lipped about the gender of their first child, a source exclusively revealed to Us Weekly in February that they do know whether they’re expecting a boy or a girl.
The former actress celebrated the upcoming birth with an elegant baby shower in New York City in February. Pals Amal Clooney, Gayle King, Jessica Mulroney, Lindsay Roth and Abigail Spencer were among the attendees.
Meghan reunited with friends Serena Williams, Spencer, Mulroney and Markus Anderson for dinner at The Polo Bar on the night prior.
