A helping hand! Pregnant Chrissy Teigen’s 4-year-old daughter, Luna, played a big role in her mom’s at-home ultrasound appointment.
“On weekends we freak out!” the Chrissy’s Court star, 34, captioned a Monday, September 7, Instagram video. “Before I’m able to start feeling the kicks, the anxiety gets the best of me and any little bits of spotting or pain freak me ouuuuuut. One day I swear I’ll buy one of these machines but by then I’ll be all done with having monsters! But as my little Luna embarks on her very first sleepover tonight, another little one makes some big growth moves of their own. All is well.”
In the footage, the Cravings author asked her toddler: “What else do you see, Dr. Luna?” The little one moved the doppler over her mom’s bare stomach with complete focus.
“This made me emotional. So happy for you,” Mindy Kaling commented on the social media upload, while Milla Jovovich wrote, “Hahahahaha get ready to pick Luna up around 9.”
Teigen, who is also the mother of son Miles, 2, debuted her baby bump in August in her husband John Legend’s “Wild” music video.
“It was a surprise. A little quarantine surprise, I guess you could say,” the EGOT winner, 41, said during a Today show appearance at the time. “But we’re very excited, and we’re grateful for all the well-wishes we’ve gotten from people all around the world. Thank you so much.”
His pregnant wife has been experiencing “really, really bad pregnancy headaches,” she tweeted on Friday, September 4. “Was thrilled to be cleared to do neck muscle botox along with a crazy combo of beta blocker shots and radio wave frequency something something doctor terms. anyhow man it’s just so bad but I see the light finally. When a Twitter user wrote that “crunchy granola moms” were going to criticize the Bring the Funny judge for her admission, she replied, “I absolutely do not care.”
