Colton Haynes had social media buzzing on Saturday, January 2, when he responded to a fan’s speculation about his sexuality.
On Saturday, a user wrote on Tumblr, “When I found out Colton Haynes had a secret gay past, I got so excited even though I know it makes absolutely no difference in my life."
In response, the Arrow star, 27, took to his own Tumblr, writing, “Was it a secret? Let’s all just enjoy life and have no regrets.”
Twitter immediately exploded with comments from fans, wondering if the actor had just outed himself.
“If Colton Haynes is gay, then I am really happy that he was able to do this,” one person wrote on Twitter.

The Teen Wolf alum has consistently remained silent on social media regarding his sexuality, even as speculation has swirled. His brother, Joshua Haynes, is gay.
Last month, Haynes opened up about being hospitalized for anxiety, and his struggles with it since childhood.
“For those of you who are suffering with intense anxiety… ur not alone,” he wrote on Twitter. “It’s been a constant struggle for me since 5th grade. It’s a battle.”
