Glen Powell is looking for a longtime love.
The Top Gun: Maverick star has been in Hollywood for a while now and experienced a few relationships in the public eye. However, as Powell’s star continues to rise, he’s learning the difficulty of finding a truly meaningful relationship.
“The older I get, the more I look at my parents with awe at the fact that it’s really hard for love to survive 40 years in this world,” Powell told Bustle during a December 2023 interview. “If I could have what my parents have, I’d be really, really happy.”
Powell’s love life became a major topic of conversation as he filmed Anyone But You with Sydney Sweeney in early 2023, just as news of his split with girlfriend of two years Gigi Paris broke.
Both Sweeney and Powell denied that there was anything romantic going on between them as he was single at the time.
Powell has since hard-launched a new romance with Landman star Michelle Randolph.

Nina Dobrev
Dating speculation between Powell and Dobrev started swirling in January 2017 when the duo posted pictures together on Instagram, which have since been deleted. In July of that year, Us Weekly confirmed that the two were officially dating.
While it’s unclear exactly went down between them, the flame fizzled out by November 2017.
Renee Bargh
A year after his split from Dobrev, the actor moved on with Extra host Bargh. In November 2018, a source confirmed to Us that the pair had been quietly dating “for six months.”
While they kept things mainly out of the public eye, Bargh revealed her single status during an interview with the Daily Mail in November 2019.
Gigi Paris
News of Powell and Paris’ long-term romance went public in January 2020, when they were photographed on vacation together in Mexico, according to pictures obtained by the Daily Mail at the time.
They didn’t make things Instagram official until the following year when Paris shared a Valentine’s Day post for Powell in February 2021. The actor and the model made their red carpet debut in November of that same year and continued to make public appearances as a duo until their eventual breakup.
Split rumors started swirling in April 2023 when Paris shared a social media caption that seemingly alluded to a breakup. “Know your worth & onto the next,” she wrote at the time. Us was quick to confirm that she had unfollowed Powell on Instagram. Multiple outlets reported the news of their breakup that same month.
Michelle Randolph
Powell and Randolph first sparked romance rumors in October 2025 after they were spotted out in Texas together.
They continued to keep a low profile, only being spotted together on a rare occasion in the months that followed. Us confirmed in June 2026 that Powell and Randolph were “exclusive” as questions continued to rise regarding their relationship.
“Glen and Michelle are exclusive, and things have definitely gotten more serious between them,” a source shared at the time. “They started out keeping it pretty casual, but over time, they realized they didn’t want to date anyone else and that their feelings for each other were growing.”
By July 2026, Powell took their relationship Instagram official, posting a black-and-white photo of them kissing.
