The oldest trick in the book! Jennifer Garner and Helen Hunt crossed paths on Thursday, Jan. 15, but failed to exchange greetings as they both became suddenly very busy with something.
The two Hollywood stars, who may not know one another personally, found themselves on the same street in Los Angeles on the sunny afternoon. While they were just feet away, Garner and Hunt were not seen chatting, and instead both became quickly immersed in a project.
Standing on the sidewalk and facing Hunt, Garner busied herself by gazing at her cell phone. The Draft Day actress, 42, looked casually chic in a pair of skinny jeans with a black-and-white top and laced loafers. She wore her brunette hair down and went incognito in a pair of retro shades.
Fellow movie star Hunt, 51, found her distraction with a look at her wrist. The Oscar-winning actress was dressed for an active day, looking slim and fit in a pair of black workout pants with a matching top and vest. Rocking a pair of aviator sunglasses, she was ready to run in a pair of sneakers and carried a water bottle.
It's been a busy time for Garner, as the actress has had a full film schedule while raising three children, Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 2, with husband Ben Affleck. She recently completed an upcoming dramedy Danny Collins with Al Pacino, Bobby Cannavale, and Annette Bening, which is due out in March.
Hunt is also navigating motherhood, raising a daughter Makena, 10, with longtime love, filmmaker Matthew Carnahan. She last appeared on the big screen in 2013's Decoding Annie Parker. Appearing in the upcoming film Ride, the Mad About You star earned massive critical acclaim for her role in 2012's The Sessions. She was Oscar-nominated for the part, and also given a nod by the Golden Globe Awards.
