Back to the House that built her. Miranda Lambert revealed on Wednesday, Nov. 25, where she's spending her first Thanksgiving as a single lady following her divorce from Blake Shelton this past summer.
The country songstress, 32, posted a photo on her Instagram that featured a sweet welcome bundle and message from her mother, Beverly Hughes. Lambert was born in Longview, Texas, and raised in a small town called Lindale, where her parents ran their own private detective agency.
"Nothing beats a handwritten note from Mom," Lambert captioned the snap. "#homesweethome #cheetosandwine." Lambert's mom left an array of goodies for her daughter, including a basket filled with Cheetos, Lay's, and other treats, as well as three bottles of Wilson Creek red wine, and a pretty bouquet of flowers.
Lambert's love for Cheetos is nothing new. In fact, she spoke to Us Weekly in June 2014 about giving up the savory, cheesy snack as part of her diet, and replacing them with nuts. "There's nothing I love more than Cheetos," Lambert told Us at the time.
Lambert and her fellow country megastar husband finalized their divorce this past July after four years of marriage. As Us Weekly reported at the time, the pair divvied up their assets accordingly and speedily: Lambert got the Nashville property and Shelton kept his ranch in Oklahoma.
Though Lambert remains single, the "Honey Crooner" has moved on with his fellow Voice coach Gwen Stefani. Us Weekly first broke the news of the coupling last month after Stefani's rep confirmed the news directly to Us. However, Shelton and Lambert — who both attended the CMAs last month — are on good terms.
"Our whole thing was, we are going to be cool about this, it is what it is," Shelton told the Bobby Bones Show of his ex-wife this past September. "We're buddies."
