Brendan Morais may have flown under the radar during Clare Crawley’s stint as The Bachelorette, but Tayshia Adams has her eye on him. Ahead of the Tuesday, November 10, episode of the ABC show, the Bachelor in Paradise alum, 30, exclusively told Us Weekly that she was nervous the remaining 16 men may still have feelings for Clare, who left within the first two weeks of production with Dale Moss. “The guys knew that it was going to be Clare, and I didn’t know if they were going to be accepting or if they were willing to open their hearts,” she told Us. “If they had fallen in love, like, I didn’t know what was going on. So, it was definitely a hesitation.” Tayshia added that she felt “reassured” after spending time with the men. “They were so happy and excited. 1. He’s Always Wanted to Be a Dad

According to ABC, Brendan is “a sensitive soul who is ready to share his life with a special woman.” He also feels that his “purpose in life” is to be father after he lost his own dad at a young age.

2. He’s Close With His Family

After relocating to Los Angeles as a young adult, Brendan moved back to his native Milford, Massachusetts, to be closer to his family, including his nieces and nephews.

His brother, Dan Morais, revealed he’s been the talk of the town since he was cast on the ABC show.

“The kids (at Bethany Christian Academy) are definitely noticing,” Dan, who works as the athletic director for the school Brandon attended going up, told a local newspaper. “He’s obviously extremely talented and has the body of a Greek god. He’s obviously a stud. What sets him apart is his humility — he’s a really humble guy.”

3. He’s a Commercial Roofer and Model

In addition to working for his family’s roofing business in Milford, Brendan has some acting and modeling credits on his resume.

4. He Wasn’t in the OG Cast

When ABC announced Clare’s initial contestants in March, Brendan wasn’t on the list. After the show was forced to suspend production for several months (and some criticism about the age of the contestants), the network announced a revised list of men in July. Brendan was included as the 42 men vetted for Clare and ultimately cast to meet her. He made it through three rose ceremonies with Clare the hairstylist before she left with Dale.

5. He Was Married

During the November 10 episode, Brendan and Tayshia bond over their respective divorces. While she split from her college sweetheart, Josh Bourelle, in 2017 after less than two years of marriage, Brendan was previously married to Simone Santos.

The Bachelorette airs on ABC Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
