Finding love online. Some of TikTok’s biggest stars have made headlines for their romantic relationships — but only a few influencers have formed lasting relationships. Dixie D’Amelio, for one, has proved the haters wrong by going the distance with Noah Beck. The Connecticut native started dating the Sway House member in September 2020, following her public split from ex-boyfriend Griffin Johnson. At first, they decided to keep things under wraps, but after a month together, Beck revealed that he and D’Amelio were more than friends. “There was this lifeguard tower that we always used to sit at, and just talk and stuff,” Beck recalled in an October 2020 YouTube video. “So, basically, I took her to Malibu on September 25, we went to the lifeguard post and I decorated it with candles. … I came back when I was done decorating, walked her there — and she knew what was happening, I think. Then, I just popped the question.” D’Amelio received backlash from social media users during the early days of their relationship. After the couple teamed up for a December 2020 YouTube video in which they both took a lie detector test, some commenters claimed the “Psycho” singer wasn’t reciprocating Beck’s love for her. [jwplayer SyBBClX2] Months later, she addressed the negative comments that stemmed from the lie detector test video during an April 2021 episode of her YouTube series, The Early Late Night Show. “I’m very emotional. I get very upset easily, so I was a little upset with him with some of his answers, which ended up not even being true,” D’Amelio explained at the time. “I just wasn’t ready to put my heart out there like that. I feel like over these past six months, I’ve gradually been able to do that more. So, that’s why I think I came off a little rude in the lie detector test. You just live and learn.” The budding songstress and former soccer star have continued to show off their love to their millions of followers via social media. Dixie D’Amelio and Noah Beck

The duo started dating in September 2020 and are still going strong. They often share PDA-filled photos on Instagram and speak publicly of their relationship in various interviews.

“The reason I love Dixie so much is that she’s my best friend, and when we hang out, I just feel like I’m hanging out with my friend,” Beck told GQ in August 2021. “But she’s also … she’s very attractive.”

Nessa Barrett and Jaden Hossler

After collaborating on the song “La Di Die” in February 2021, romance rumors between the two started swirling. At the time, Barrett was on and off with fellow internet star Josh Richards — who was Hossler’s best friend — while he had just split from Mads Lewis.

An April 2021 video of the internet stars holding hands further fueled relationship speculation, but nothing was confirmed until June of that year. During an interview with Audacy’s Kevan Kenney, Hossler referred to himself as Barrett’s “boyfriend.”

The two went on to make their red carpet debut at the MTV Video Music Awards in September 2021.

Avani Gregg and Anthony Reeves

Gregg recounted the early days of her relationship with Reeves in her 2021 memoir Backstory: My Life So Far. She slid into his DMs on Instagram, and the rest was history. Although fans of the social media stars questioned their relationship status for months, they didn’t make things public until April 2020.

“When we started talking, we just didn’t feel the need to post,” Gregg told Seventeen in January 2021. “It’s like, ‘No, we actually like each other guys. We don’t care if you care. We like each other and we’re going to deal with it our way.’”

Alex Warren and Kouvr Annon

In 2018, Warren met Annon via Snapchat and their long-distance relationship was born. At the time, Annon lived in Hawaii but decided to make the move to California in order to be with her boyfriend.

The pair became social media sensations after joining TikTok’s Hype House and spoke at length about having a public relationship during the content house’s Netflix series. While they’ve since moved out of the actual Hype House to get their own place, Warren and Annon are still together, and see marriage in their future.

Blake Gray and Amelie Zilber

Gray and Zilber announced their relationship via Instagram in September 2020. Since then, they’ve shared multiple romantic posts together and have even appeared in each other’s YouTube videos.

“Can’t believe it’s already been a year with you babe, time flies with you and I couldn’t be happier,” Gray wrote via Instagram in September 2021, alongside a photo of himself kissing Zilber. “I love you so much.”

Thomas Petrou and Mia Hayward

The Hype House founder went public with Hayward in April 2020 via Instagram. While they don’t post on social media together too much, the couple keeps fans updated on their relationships with romantic photos shared amid selfies on their Instagram grid.

“Almost 2 years later,” Hayward captioned two photos of herself and Petrou in December 2021. “Love of my life.”

Kelianne Stankus and Chase Mattson

Shooting her shot. Stankus slid into Mattson’s Instagram DMs in April 2020, and they were engaged by December of that year.

“Everything with Chase just felt so different than any other past relationship,” Stankus told Brides in November 2021. “It usually takes me a while to figure out if I have feelings for someone, or if I can see something with us, but I knew immediately. We just connected so well.”
