“I asked my kids to start making their own breakfast and here’s what I woke up to her eating,” Bell, 39, captioned an Instagram photo of an eclectic meal on Saturday, June 20. The plate was packed with a bowl of cereal and milk, a Rice Krispies Treat, french fries and ketchup.

Though the Veronica Mars alum didn’t specify which one of her daughters with husband Dax Shepard was responsible for the tasty spread, she tagged registered dietitian Jennifer Anderson in the post and acknowledged that perhaps her little ones aren’t quite ready to start preparing their own meals just yet.

“I think I might not be doing this right!😂😂😂,” Bell quipped.

However, many of the Good Place alum’s social media followers jokingly disagreed. “Looks about right!” one wrote in the comments. Another added: “Seems like the four food groups to me.”

Last month, Bell revealed that Delta still wears diapers, though she later clarified that her youngest only needs some assistance at night “cuz her tiny bladder isn’t up for the 10 hr challenge yet.”

The Michigan native added that wearing diapers late is nothing to be ashamed of and noted that each child will move at their own pace. “I also don’t think its humiliating if ur kid wears diapers late. Everyone is different,” she tweeted at the time. “My 5yr old wouldn’t be embarrassed even if she was in diapers during the day! She’s confident & goofy & doesn’t see anything about her beautiful unique self something to apologize for.”

Bell revealed earlier this month that she and Shepard, 45, are educating their girls about the social injustice protests currently taking place in the U.S. and around the world in the wake of George Floyd’s May death and hope their daughters grow up to become “formidable” women. “My husband and I are very opinionated. We talk a lot. Our kids are a nightmare. They’re a nightmare because they will tell you your opinion,” she said on Channel Q’s The Morning Beat at the time. “We constantly joke about the fact that we’re raising two girls that — they’re going to be a nightmare for 18 years.”

The World Needs More Purple People author continued: “When we send them into the world, they are going to be formidable, opinionated, kind, morally compassed women. And I’m so grateful for that.”
