Macy’s is having a huge shoe sale right now and we are all over it. For one day only, we can grab fabulous footwear for 65% (or more!) off, and we are pumped. Key word: pumped. We just found these designer pumps, which were originally almost $100, for less than $40! In multiple colors and materials!
The Calvin Klein Gayle Pointed-Toe Pumps are the best basic pumps we could ask for. Don’t take the word “basic” too seriously though; these are designer, after all. They’re visually simple, with unquestionable versatility, but their more subtle and unexpected details have them rising above all the rest, leaving nearly 120 reviewers obsessed!

Shoppers are calling these pumps “absolutely beautiful.” A beautiful shoe is worth nothing if it’s not wearable, though, so what is the consensus on comfort? One shopper said they tried on every pointed-toe pump in the shoe department and that “these were the most comfortable.” Another said they “can walk half a mile to lunch in them and back” without any pain. So, we’re going to say they’re quite comfortable. Perhaps part of the reason is the removable gel pod inserts, which shoppers are calling “amazing!”
These heels have a solid upper and matching heel, but the upper material varies based on which shoe we choose. Black Stretch, for example, has a soft and stretchy upper. Caramel, on the other hand, a soft brown, has a smooth leather upper, while Sandstorm is a nude with a patent leather finish! All three are equally elegant and designed with flexibility in mind!
Another feature of these heels that varies slightly is the metallic logo hardware detail, which is a standout that will guarantee never-ending compliments. On Caramel and Sandstorm, we’ll find a strip of gold-tone hardware just above the top of the heel, contouring to its shape. On Black Stretch, we’ll instead find a golden logo tab at the side of the heel!

On the bottom of these pumps we’ll find a sturdy, slip-resistant rubber outsole, which is equipped with shock absorption technology so our glamorous stride won’t be accompanied by an “ow” every other step. Even on the skinny, just over 3-inch heel, we’ll basically feel like we’re walking around in sneakers. Really, really, really nice sneakers.
These shoes are a perfect go-to for basically any occasion, whether it be a wedding, work event, night out with friends or day trip to a pop-up museum. They’ll go with short, cocktail dresses just as well as they’ll go with longer, formal gowns, but we’re also planning to wear them with anything from trousers, to jeans, to shorts!
We seriously will not find a better deal than this anywhere else. The value is through the roof, as is our excitement. We can’t get too caught up, though — this sale is for one day and one day only! This crazy-discounted price will truly be gone in a flash, as will our opportunity to take advantage of it, so let’s get to shopping!
