Our life may or may not revolve around leggings. Hint — it does. And why wouldn’t it? Leggings are the best for every situation. Lounging around at home? Sure. Working out? Of course. Slipping a pair on under a long blazer at work? Definitely. Eating ice cream in bed? Always. But if we’re going to wear leggings that often, and we are, they’re going to have to be top notch!
The Nordstrom High Waist Crop Leggings are our pick for any of the above situations and beyond. Nordstrom essentially took everything we love about leggings, which is a whole lot of things, and combined them into the perfect pair for any occasion!

Many reviewers are saying these are the best leggings they’ve ever owned, and at a totally “fabulous price.” They’re saying these leggings are a “wardrobe staple” and love how they’re just snug enough that they “don’t have to pull them back up every 15 minutes.” A must for any good pair of leggings. Shoppers are also thrilled with the white version, one noting how they’ve “finally found a pair of leggings in white that are not transparent!”
These super-soft leggings are made of a breathable cotton, with a bit of spandex for stretch and movement, even if that movement is just us sprawling out on the couch after a long day. They have a cropped ⅞ length, leaving room for any type of shoe we wish to pair them with. It’s also a great length for any petite shoppers who would traditionally have to resort to rolling or folding up longer leggings to make them fit properly!
Up top, we’ll find that these leggings have a high-rise fit and a wide waistband that helps to shape and elongate us for a flattering silhouette. This means we can wear any top without worrying about accidentally showing midriff, unless we purposely wear a short crop top, which would be adorable. We’d also totally tuck an oversized tee or even flowy button-up into these leggings for a casual-chic vibe!

These leggings are available in three everyday shades that will create a pretty ombré effect when hung next to each other in our closet. Unfortunately, we probably won’t see that effect too much, because chances are we’re always going to be wearing one of the pairs! As mentioned before, these leggings come in a crisp white. For a darker shade, there’s Grey Heather, which has a bit of a textured look. For the darkest option, of course, there’s also a black pair! We’ll take 20 of each, please.
These ultra-comfortable leggings are ideal for relaxing or light workouts, like restorative yoga, lifting or a brisk walk or jog. Pair them with a sports bra or cropped hoodie and a pair of slip-on sneakers for athleisure perfection. If we’re just looking to keep it cozy, we can stick with a T-shirt tied up into a side knot or a long tunic tank hanging loose. With fuzzy slippers or boots, obviously!
