Wedding registries are our jam, not only because they make it so much easier to shop for a couple getting married, but because we love looking through them for inspiration for our own homes!
We were thrilled when we saw the Instant Pot Ultra on Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo’s registry on The Knot Registry for their upcoming nuptials. The happy couple, who met on The Bachelorette back in 2017, has excellent taste, but we already knew that — they chose each other, after all!
“I’m not a cook, but I feel like I would like to be one in married life,” Lindsay recently told Us Weekly. “I’m trying to expand my knowledge in the kitchen,” she continued, with the help of her future husband. Luckily, she can put on a chef hat that much more convincingly with the bestselling Instant Pot Ultra!
“I’ve never used an Instant Pot before, but I heard great things about it,” Lindsay told The Knot. “My sister actually recommended that one for me.” An amazing recommendation it was. This 10-in-1 pressure cooker can basically cook everything under the sun, and makes preparing meals easier than we could ever imagine! It even claims to be 70% faster than other cooking methods. Microwaves everywhere are very jealous.
The Instant Pot Ultra has nearly 3,000 reviews and can cook anything from meat, to soup, to sauce, to egg, to yogurt, to cake! The possibilities go on and on, as this appliance steams, sautés, warms up and even sterilizes anything we need it to. Shoppers say it’s a fantastic value and so simple to use, and that the fingerprint-proof stainless steel exterior actually looks great on their countertop!
This Instant Pot has an LCD display screen that shows our cooking progress and allows us to customize the way we cook. We can even adjust the altitude settings to match where we’re located! Because the Instant Pot Ultra is a smart appliance, it’ll actually remember our settings for our next meal!
This cooker has a stainless steel pot inside, but also comes with a steam rack, both of which are dishwasher safe (along with the lid)! Also included is a recipe booklet, a serving spoon, a soup spoon and a measuring cup, so all we need are the ingredients themselves!
Like Lindsay, not everyone is an experienced chef, but that doesn’t mean we should have to eat out every night. The Instant Pot Ultra was designed with safety in mind for those of us who might be a little clumsy in the kitchen. For example, there’s a steam release button to keep us from burning ourselves. This appliance also automatically switches from Cook mode to Keep Warm mode when time is up, so we don’t need to panic if we forget to check up on our food!
With this Instant Pot on their registry, Lindsay and Abasolo’s life together is off to a delicious start, and we wish them the best (meals ever)!
