Katherine Schwarzenegger stepped out proudly wearing some new wedding bling and we cannot stop staring.
On Wednesday, June 12, the 29-year-old was spotted rocking a yet-to-be-seen ring on that finger. The new piece of jewelry looked to be a diamond wedding band that flawlessly compliments her sparkly engagement ring.
According to The Diamond Pro CEO Mike Fried, the eternity band is likely 1.5 to 2 carats based on thickness. “The one aspect that is noticeable is its delicate nature,” he told Stylish. “It appears to blend in perfectly with the engagement ring setting.” Olivia Landau from The Clear Cut agrees, noting “it is likely a delicate pave set diamond band that matches her engagement ring.”
When Chris Pratt proposed back in February, the blushing bride showed off her massive bling in an Instagram post. “My sweet love. Wouldn’t want to live this life with anyone but you,” she wrote in the caption as she displayed the oval diamond on her now-hubby’s shoulder. Us Weekly reported that the stone is speculated to be about five carats and set in petite platinum.
After five months of engagement, the couple exchanged vows on Saturday, June 8, in Montecito, California. The newlyweds both wore Giorgio Armani designs. The bride stunned in a custom-made Armani Privé crinoline lace bustier column gown with a full lace train for the ceremony. For the reception, she changed into an ivory silk dress also from Armani Privé that featured an empire waistline, a draped skirt made of pale pink silk tulle and chiffon and a draped bodice embellished in embroidered tone-on-tone crystals and pearls.
The 39-year-old groom wore a midnight blue two-button peak lapel wool suit with a matching vest, which he paired with a white shirt, silver necktie and Armani cufflinks.
“I am so grateful to Mr. Armani, who created a once in a lifetime dress for me to wear,” Schwarzenegger said in a statement from the designer. “And for Chris, the perfect suit.”
