Born in June 1986, in Los Angeles, Shia LaBeouf got his start doing stand up at the local coffee shops in his neighborhood. He first made a splash in television on the Disney Channel in the title role of the sitcom Even Stevens. He even won a daytime Emmy for his performance.
Since appearing on the Disney Channel, LaBeouf has transformed himself from innocent Disney star to Hollywood megastar by appearing in 2003's Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, 2006's A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints, 2007's Disturbia and Transformers and 2008's Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
In July 2008, LaBeouf was arrested for drunk driving after an early morning crash.
