The couple ended their relationship on Aug. 26, 2008 after a two-year engagement. The couple, who dated for five years beginning in 1992, had rekindled their romance after Sheridan's split from fiance Nicklas Soderblom in 2005. "For me there's only been one person, and that's Michael," she had said.
