circumcision was a sign of the covenant between jehovah/GOD and the hebrews. since CHRIST JESUS came ;offered salvation, the old covenant was no longer needed as we are circumcised in heart.as believers in c/j. isreal as a whole has not accepted the messiah;therefore still cicumcise.
