The ultimate birthday present! Kylie Jenner shared beautiful new photos of herself and her 6-month-old daughter, Stormi, the day before the reality star’s 21st birthday.
“bringing in my birthday tonight with my most special gift,” the Kylie Cosmetics founder captioned one sweet shot holding her baby girl on Thursday, August 9. “What was life before you, Stormi. I love you my little angel.”
Jenner captioned a second, full-length pic with Stormi, “my heart.”
The Life of Kylie star and her boyfriend, Travis Scott, welcomed their first child together on February 1. Jenner, who never confirmed her pregnancy, announced her daughter’s arrival in a lengthy Instagram post on February 4. She also shared an intimate 11-minute video on Youtube documenting her pregnancy and her bundle of joy’s arrival.
Jenner revealed on Wednesday, August 8, that she recently showed Stormi the video.
“me and stormi watched the To Our Daughter video together the other day..,” she tweeted. “she sat through the whole thing.”
While the Lip Kit maven previously posted photos and videos of Stormi on Instagram and Snapchat, she deleted all of the footage of her child on social media two months ago, telling fans on Instagram that she is “not sharing photos of my girl right now.”
Not long after, however, Jenner started sharing photos of Stormi again, but typically hid her face. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star opened up about becoming mother during a candid conversation with sister Kim Kardashian in May.
“I think more about the future because of her. Every time I leave and I’m stressed about leaving her, I’m like, ‘I’m doing it for you.’ Everyone says you change completely when you become a mom, but I really feel the same, just better. So I don’t know what really has completely changed my world, besides her, of course,” Jenner told Evening Standard magazine at the time. “But I feel like it’s only gotten better. You’re less selfish — and I actually enjoy changing diapers. It’s really satisfying. To make her clean again. And I don’t know, the whole thing is really… it’s like such an amazing experience.”
