Miley Cyrus has never exactly been a wallflower. And now, in her new collaboration between her Happy Hippie Foundation and fashion designer Marc Jacobs’ new line, The Marc Jacob, she’s using her outspoken nature to stand up for something she believes in: reproductive rights.

The Miley Cyrus x Marc Jacobs collab has produced a limited-edition pink hoodie featuring a topless photo of Cyrus, 26, holding grapefruit halves over her nipples. The text over the image reads “Don’t F❤️ck With My Freedom” in block letters. As the fashion label announced on Instagram, 100 percent of proceeds benefit Planned Parenthood. The pair previously teamed to sell a nude Miley t-shirt to benefit skin cancer research.

The hoodie’s line is a lyric from Cyrus’ new song “Mother’s Daughter,” but it also clearly references strict new abortion laws that have passed in various states, including Georgia and Alabama. Plenty of celebrities, including Busy Philipps, have protested the proposed bans. AMC stated that it would “reevaluate” filming its hit show The Walking Dead in Georgia if the new abortion legislation goes into effect.

Cyrus first teased a “very special collab with @plannedparenthood @happyhippiefdn@marcjacobs TO BE ANNOUNCED veryyyyyy soon!” on her Instagram on Tuesday, June 4. She also included the hashtag #WomensRightsAreHumanRights. In the photo, she held up a cake frosted with the sentence “Abortion is healthcare.” She later apologized and gave credit to the baker Becca Rea-Holloway, a.k.a. @thesweetfeminist, after fans pointed out that the image of the cake had clearly been inspired by one of Holloway’s Instagram photos but hadn’t been credited.

“Hi, we saw the image online and didn’t realize it was yours,” the “Wrecking Ball” singer commented on the baker’s post about the idea theft. “We will absolutely tag you for your work.” At the end of her lengthy comment, Cyrus added, “Thanks for sharing your art and inspiring us.”
