Pretty in posies!
Save for a few shoots for her New York & Co. line, Eva Mendes has kept an extremely low profile since giving birth to her 6-month-old daughter, Esmeralda, this past September. But on Saturday, March 14, Ryan Gosling‘s leading lady stepped out to support her latest film, Lost River, at Austin’s 2015 SXSW Festival, where she worked her slim waistline.
With Gosling, 34, joining her onstage (though the two stood apart), Mendes, 41, wore a striped, long-sleeved top and floral skirt, both by Michael Kors. She cinched the whole ensemble with a wide belt, which highlighted her teeny post-baby waistline.
For beauty, the brunette stunner modeled her signature accessory—a mini-turban—around her updo. Plus, she added sapphire eyeshadow—a perfect match to the royal blue stripes in her knit shirt.
Of course, Mendes wasn’t the only big—and stylish—name at the fest! On March 13, Nina Dobrev stunned at the premiere of her latest film, The Final Girls, in an orange ombre Elie Saab dress and accessories by the brand. Nearby, Malin Akerman, clad in a bell-sleeved jumpsuit, showed off her fresh fringe.
The next day, Rashida Jones debuted Angie Tribeca at the music and film festival, where she worked a white top, looped with a black sash, black trousers, and Nicholas Kirkwood heels. That same day, Rose Byrne attended a screening of Spy, for which she chose a semi-sheer plunging black Thakoon dress, embellished with ruffles and red buds.
