Mackenzie McKee was born and raised in Miami, Oklahoma. She appeared on 16 and Pregnant in 2012 when cameras documented the then-16-year-old cheerleader preparing to give birth to her first child, Gannon, with her partner Josh McKee.

The couple went on to welcome a girl named Jaxie and another boy named Broncs. In 2013, Mackenzie and Josh chose to officially get married, but they split less than a decade later in 2022.

Mackenzie received a second chance at love when she met Khesanio Hall. The couple announced their engagement in May 2024 before secretly marrying in April 2025.

After undergoing IVF, Mackenzie confirmed in March 2025 that she was pregnant and expecting twins. She gave birth to two daughters in June 2025.
