Juliette Porter
When a viewer tweeted that they wouldn’t be watching the show without Kompothecras, Porter fired back. “Sorry we picked trying to get rid of racism instead of thinking about your reality tv needs Mariah,” she wrote. “You still see all the drama, you just don’t see him.”
She spoke more on the firing in June 2020 during an episode of the “Chicks in the Office” podcast. “I have a lot of — I don’t want to say racist followers — but a lot of people are really upset with him leaving. People love a villain,” she said. “It’s not even subtle racism. It was, like, blatant racism.”
