Royal reporters shared photos of the sweet treat on Twitter Tuesday, October 16. “And here’s Meghan’s banana bread, rustled up last night in the kitchen at Admiralty House!” journalist Emily Nash tweeted.

Meghan, 37, and Harry, 34, spent day two of their royal tour in Dubbo, Australia, where they visited Mountain View Farm, a family-run establishment. The Suits alum also brought some Fortnum & Mason Royal Blend tea to accompany her banana bread, which featured chocolate chips and ginger.

A source revealed exclusively to Us Weekly earlier this week that Meghan is expected to give birth around niece Princess Charlotte’s birthday. “She is due on or around May 2nd,” the insider said. “Meghan is a couple days just shy of her 15-week mark.” (Prince William and Duchess Kate are also parents of sons Prince George, 5, and 5-month-old Prince Louis.)

The former actress told a group of dignitaries at Admiralty House that the pair “are very excited” to welcome their first child.

The feeling is obviously mutual. “Harry is elated and beside himself,” a source told Us, adding: “[Meghan] is excited, happy and over the moon. She’s in great health and has had a very easy pregnancy so far. Meghan has totally been herself and so far, so good.”
