‘Tis the season — for blogger-designed fashion collections, that is. From Atlantic-Pacific blogger Blair Eadie’s collaboration with Halogen featuring stunning A-line skirts, dresses and plenty of printed blouses, to Arielle Charnas of Something Navy‘s eponymous collection of skinny trousers, kitten heel booties and beautiful overcoats, the past few months have treated Us to blogger-approved (and created) goodies to line our closets with.
One of the collections we were most amped about was Living in Yellow’s collaboration with one of our favorite brands, Gibson. Living in Yellow, an Indiana-based fashion and lifestyle blog started by Erin Schrader, collaborated with the brand earlier this year. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you really should! Each item was designed to be comfy and ultra soft. Want further proof? We even raved about our love for the Skye Cozy Jogger Pants months ago and once we tried on the Barbara Jacket, we knew we had to share it with readers.
However, the best was yet to come. Living in Yellow just launched a new fall drop with Gibson and it seems like someone was reading our holiday wish list that consists of comfortable loungewear pieces, because that’s what the new releases include!
Aptly dubbed “The Cozy Collection,” each piece is designed to be comfortable enough to wear all day (yes, even if you need to run errands or if you plan on planting yourself on your couch and watching The Handmaid’s Tale). There are 11 pieces total and they span all categories, from sweatshirts and joggers to a lace-trim camisole that we can’t wait to pair with skinny jeans, booties and a great leather jacket.

One of our favorite pieces from the new launch is actually an old favorite — the Skye Cozy Jogger Pants. We’ve raved about them before and we’ll gladly do so again. They’re so wildly soft (trust Us, we spent all weekend in them) that we imagine this is what lounging on a cloud must feel like. Though they might be a pair of sweats, they’re still super flattering on our figure. Tip: We wore high-waisted for the illusion of an hourglass, though you can totally wear these slung low on the hips if that’s what you prefer! They’re available in a marled heather grey and a dark charcoal. Don’t just take our word for it — reviewers have loved these joggers since their initial launch! Many like that they’re available in petite sizes and others swore that these are the softest pants they own. Several reviews noted that the bottoms run a tad big, so if you want a more fitted look, size down (though we personally dig the oversized look).

We can never say no to a great off-the-shoulder moment and this cozy fleece top is it! As much as we love to show off skin, we hate the uncomfortable elastics or strange detailing that many shoulder-baring tops have. The Mary doesn’t have any of that cumbersome detailing and instead, envelops Us in the softest fleece blend. It’s a great piece to have on deck for days that we want to dress up our go-to loungewear look or want to stay cozy while off-duty. There’s no slip and sliding, or tugging required. Once the top is around our shoulders, it doesn’t creep up as we move our arms around. It’s available in five colors ranging from black to a grey leopard print, though our favorite is a fall-appropriate deep violet shade.

A great fleece pullover will always be an essential in our closets and it’s easy to see why! The Judy Plush Fleece Pullover has a standing funnel neck and a slouched silhouette, making it that rare blend of both comfort and style. Not a fan of the funnel neck? The pullover has buttons down the side, which can be unbuttoned to create a chic asymmetrical neckline. Just like the Mary, the Judy is designed with soft fleece. However, our favorite feature has to be the thumbhole cuffs at the sleeves! There’s something just so cozy about being able to keep our hands covered, after all!
If you love the line as much as we do, you have to get cracking. As it’s a brand new drop (it just launched Monday, October 29) items are selling out super fast. Don’t sit and keep things in your cart for too long, as something tells Us our favorite pieces will sell out faster than you can say “cozy.”
