The MTV reality star and John McCain's daughter formed a fast friendship this spring that began after they corresponded via Twitter. The pals (here lunching at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont last month) have a lot in common, says Tequila. "People may think we are so different, but she is a Scorpio and I'm a Scorpio, and we have very strong opinions about things," Tequila told Us at Bravo's A-List Awards.
