This umpteenth Friends wannabe is different in one key way: It's funny. Elisha Cuthbert (of 24 infamy) shows comic flair as indecisive Alex, and Zachary Knighton charms as her befuddled dumpee. But the mightiest laugh-getter is Saturday Night Live’s Casey Wilson as single Penny. She's quick with a quip and an ace at a pratfall. (ABC, $36)
