Holly Madison

Formerly Hugh Hefner‘s number one girlfriend, Madison (real name: Holly Cullen), a model and Playboy Playmate, has been featured on the E! reality series The Girls Next Door and ABC’s Dancing With the Stars.

Born in Oregon and raised in Alaska, Madison moved to Los Angeles in 1999. While working at Hooters to pay for college, she was discovered and invited to the Playboy mansion, working her way up to become one of Hefner’s seven girlfriends in 2001.

A year later, she moved into his bedroom and became his “No. 1 girl.” In 2008, Madison announced that she and Hefner had split and that she moved out of the mansion and into her own condo.

In 2008, she began dating illusionist Criss Angel, but the couple called it quits in 2009.

In March 2013, Madison and ex-husband Pasquale Rotella welcomed daughter Rainbow Aurora and wed in September that same year. The two later confirmed the birth of their second child, son Forest Leonardo in August 2016. Madison and Rotella split in September 2018 and finalized their divorce in February 2019.
