Jeana Keough

Jeana Keough (born Jeana Ellen Myers) is an American television personality, realtor, actress and former model best known as an original cast member of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Keough spent her childhood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and she went on to graduate from Whitnall High School in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Before entering reality television, she built a successful career as a model, later transitioning to acting before joining reality television.

Keough first gained national attention after being named Playboy‘s Playmate of the Month in November 1980. She went on to appear in several films, including History of the World: Part I (1981), The Beach Girls (1982) and 10 to Midnight (1983), and became widely recognized as one of the featured women in ZZ Top’s music videos for songs including “Legs,” “Sharp Dressed Man” and “Gimme All Your Lovin’”. In 2006, she joined Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Orange County as one of the franchise’s original Housewives, helping launch the reality TV series into a pop culture phenomenon.

Keough left The Real Housewives of Orange County as a main cast member after season five, appearing as a guest of the housewives in its later seasons. She has also built a career in real estate in Southern California and maintains a presence on social media, making her a recognizable face within the Housewives universe.

Keough was first married to Gary Tomasino before the couple divorced. She married former Major League Baseball pitcher Matt Keough in 1984, and they share a son, Shane, and a daughter, Kara. After years of separation, their divorce was finalized in 2019. Matt died in 2020 at age 64. She moved on with her new boyfriend in 2026 but has kept his identity private.

In July 2026, the reality TV star was diagnosed with tongue cancer.
