
Mike Vogel

Mike Vogel was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He attended William Tennent High School before going to college at Cairn University. While in college, the model began auditioning for acting roles in New York City.
Vogel got his big break in 2001 when he played Dean Piramatti on Grounded for Life. He then portrayed Blake Lively’s love interest in 2005’s Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. The actor starred in Rumor Has It…, Cloverfield, Blue Valentine and She’s Out of My League before returning to TV with a role on Miami Medical in 2010.
The Help actor later played Dean Lowrey on Pan Am, Deputy Zack Shelby on Bates Motel, Dale “Barbie” Barbara on Under the Dome and Adam Dalton on The Brave. His TV success continued with 2021’s Sex/Life where he portrayed Cooper Connelly, the husband of confused housewife Billie (Sarah Shahi), who wants to spice up their sex life while also fantasizing about sleeping with her ex-boyfriend.
Vogel has been married to former model Courtney Vogel since 2003. They welcomed daughters Cassy and Charlee in 2007 and 2009, respectively, and son Gabriel in 2013.
