He didn’t come to Jersey Shore looking for love, but that’s exactly what Ronnie Ortiz-Magro found when he met fellow castmate Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola. The muscular “Guido” was born in 1985 and grew up in the Bronx, New York. His hot-headed temper led to a series of physical fights during the show, the final of which landed him in jail.

Still, the gym-loving reality star made viewers laugh with his “Ron-Ron Juice” and his budding relationship with Sammi “Sweetheart.” During MTV’s reunion special in January 2010, a clip of Giancola kissing fellow castmate Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and giving another guy her number aired, shocking Ortiz-Magro. “I cut girls quicker than barbers do. She can be right on the list. I really don’t care,” he said. The pair dated on and off for a year-and-a-half before calling it quits in 2011. They rekindled their romance soon after.

In 2017, he began dating Jen Harley, and the two welcomed daughter Ariana together in April 2018. Their on-again, off-again relationship was marred by several physical altercations. Harley was arrested for domestic battery in June 2018 and again in May 2019, while Ortiz-Magro revealed exclusively to Us Weekly in February 2019 that he sought treatment at a rehab facility for alcohol abuse and depression.
