Jessie James Decker is wonderfully outspoken — and getting, well, cheekier every day.
The singer posted a photo of herself in a swimsuit on Instagram on Monday, March 18 where most of her butt was visible. In the snap, Decker stands in front of the ocean holding a coffee and looking back over her shoulder. Her low-back, halter-style one-piece makes her toned shoulders and back visible too. “Beach, coffee, baby hairs and a cheeky one piece… all the essentials,” she captioned the pic, adding the hashtags #bootyout, #mamabod and #cheeky.
Decker — who shares kids Vivianne, 4, Eric Jr., 3, and Forrest, 11 months, with husband Eric Decker — is currently a spokesperson for the South Beach Diet. She recently showed off her legs, arms, abs and her 25-pound weight loss in a new series of photos for the diet.
But the pics showed something that was even more important to her: gains in muscle. “I think a lot of women obsess with the word ‘skinny.’ And if that’s your goal, that’s fine,” she said. “For me, I feel good being healthy and feeling fit. I prefer to have a little extra meat on my bones and muscle tone so that I have the strength to pick up and play with my kids.”
To get her strong body back, the Kittenish founder, 30, works out hard and consistently. “I work out a few times a week when I can with a trainer, and with my brother. My brother helps me a ton too, because my brother has a fitness program,” she told Us in October.
And while she and her husband, 32, sometimes sweat together too, the fitness session can come with a price. As the retired pro football player told Us in January, “I think I enjoy working out with her more than she does with me! But it’s kind of like, you get a little competitive, you start pushing each other,” he said. “But it’s really one of our activities where we can get away and just be together alone. So that is one good reason why we do it.”
