In it together! Nikki Bella and Brie Bella posed for a postpartum picture two weeks after welcoming their sons.
“Nothing makes postpartum more fun than with your sister @thenikkibella. #twoweekspostpartum,” Brie, 36, captioned a Thursday, August 14, Instagram selfie.
“Love you ladies,” Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi commented on the social media upload. “Hottest Mawmas I know.”
Brie went on to write on her Instagram Story that she is “really enjoying” her maternity leave. “Cozied up to blankets, breast milk and infant snuggles,” the reality star wrote. “I know you’ve been anxiously waiting about the little boys but you will get to know everything soon. Nicole and I have been enjoying our maturity leave, just relaxing, adjusting to mom life.”
Brie announced her son’s arrival on August 2, sharing a photo of herself and her husband, Daniel Bryan, holding the infant’s hand. “It’s a BOY! 8-1-20,” the former professional wrestler, who also shares daughter Birdie with Bryan, 39, captioned the family photo. “We are overwhelmed with joy and everyone is healthy!!!”
Her little one arrived one day after Nikki’s. “7/31/2020 Please welcome our precious baby boy Chigvintsev,” her fiancé, Artem Chigvintsev, captioned an Instagram upload on August 2. “Proud of my love @nikkibella.”
The new mom tweeted the following day that the Dancing With the Stars pro, 38, is already the “best dad,” writing, “Our baby boy is so lucky. I didn’t think I could love him even more, but goodness I fell more in love with him the past few days. I feel so blessed. Can’t wait for the day to officially makes us a family.”
She and Brie, who have yet to share the names of their newborns, told Entertainment Tonight in June that they planned to film their births.
“Things are changing weekly due to [the coronavirus pandemic],” Nikki explained to the outlet at the time. “As of now, only Artem can be in there so Artem would have to film. … I really want Brie in there with me, and I’m hoping we can bring a Total Bellas producer so Brie and Artem can be in the moment with me and not worry about filming.”
Brie previously filmed her daughter’s birth. “I want to film [this one too] because I want to see if it will be the same or different,” she said. “As of right now, my fingers are crossed that I have a natural birth and go into labor naturally, but if not, I’ll have another C-section.”
