This feud is never-ending. Teen Mom 2’s Kailyn Lowry took to Twitter on Tuesday, December 6, to insert herself into Farrah Abraham’s beef with Teen Mom OG costar Amber Portwood.
“Hey @F1abraham, do you ever have anything nice to say about anyone?” the Hustle & Heart author, 24, wrote to Abraham, 25.
The former adult film actress responded: “@KailLowry yes real people who aren’t fake puppets of @mjfree production company. Thanks for asking sweety hope you stay out of the drama.” (@mjfree — Morgan J. Freeman — is the executive producer of the Teen Mom franchise.)
Naturally, Lowry reminded Abraham of the insults the budding entrepreneur once directed at the TM2 personality. “@F1abraham hard to stay out of it when you bring my name into interviews & say I got pregnant to stay relevant,” she replied.
The 16 and Pregnant alum — who is the mom of Isaac, 6, and Lincoln, 3 — doubled down on her opinion of Abraham during a December 6 interview with RealMRHousewife.com.
“Farrah is out here doing pornos to stay relevant,” Lowry told the site. “I see her doing big things. I would love to be able to support her doing those things — but when she’s constantly slamming me in the media and saying things that are so out of left field, it’s hard to find any kind of good in her.”
Lowry’s initial tweet was seemingly in defense of her pal Portwood, 26 — the two embarked on a 2014 book tour together to promote their literary attempts — after the Never Too Late Author got into a heated fight with Abraham at the TMOG season 6 reunion special, which aired on Monday, December 5.
As viewers saw on part 2 of the TMOG reunion, Portwood stormed on stage and launched into an expletive-filled tirade against Abraham after the Farrah Superstar: Back Door Teen Mom star and her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Simon Saran, suggested that Portwood’s fiancé, Matt Baier, looked like a “pedophile.”
The pair’s comments prompted Baier and Abraham’s dad, Michael Abraham, to jump on stage to stand up for their loved ones in a fight that turned physical. Moments later, Portwood also tried to hit Abraham. Security quickly removed Portwood, Baier and Michael from the set as Abraham remained relatively calm following the explosive incident.
The My Teenage Dream Ended author opened up to Us about the dramatic episode on Tuesday, claiming that Baier broke her father’s hearing aids during the brawl, and said that MTV is hopeful that Michael won’t take legal action against the network.
“MTV is covering the costs to fix my dad’s hearing aids, as well as all leg injuries and other bills and casts that were requested by my dad’s lawyer since MTV knew and put my family around criminals and the instigated fight,” she told Us. “MTV is diligently keeping my dad happy, so they hope my dad won’t press charges but has every right to.”
MTV had no comment when Us Weekly reached out.
For her part, Portwood says that MTV edited the reunion show so that viewers didn’t get to see the entire string of events. “So they cut out Michael literally screaming in my face calling me a bitch and him putting his hands on Matt’s neck!!” she wrote on Instagram. “After 8 years this is so disrespectful..I’ve worked too hard on myself to take this kind of disrespect.”
Portwood added on Twitter: “If I was going out there to hit her than I would have. Just wanted her to say it to my face and of course she didn’t…let’s be honest.”
