Another celeb the four-time James Beard Award-winning TV personality would like to chow down with? Leonardo DiCaprio. Zimmern tells Us he met the actor briefly in 2017 after The Revenant star, 43, introduced himself outside of a hotel in New York, and Zimmern would love to get better acquainted with DiCaprio. “He apparently is a big fan of the show and my work, which is really flattering considering I’m such a big fan of his. In the last couple of years he’s become so outspoken an advocate on so many environmental issues,” Zimmern said. “I’d love to converse with him about the things that I’ve seen and the places I’ve gone.”
