“Overall, I’m eating cleaner than ever now, because I had almost a year of learning to eat well during pregnancy,” the Dash Dolls alum, 37, told Kourtney Kardashian‘s Poosh website in a recent post. “I still have my treats here and there because even non-pregnant Malika will always crave the good stuff!”

When it comes to working out, Haqq noted that she tries to break a sweat “three to four times per week” and even gets baby Ace in on the fun when she can. “Cardio has definitely been essential to getting stubborn weight off,” she said. “Fresh air is always helpful with putting a baby to sleep and also keeping mommy awake … walk, walk, walk!”
