Alex Pettyfer
BIO
Alex Pettyfer is an English actor perhaps best-known for his roles in I Am Number Four and Beastly. Born April, 10 1990, the native Brit was first discovered by fashion designer Ralph Lauren, who later cast Pettyfer in a Gap ad at the age of seven.
After ending his modeling career in 2005, Pettyfer won the title role in the British TV program Tom Brown's Schooldays. He later went on to star in the 2008 film Wild Child (opposite Emma Roberts, his then-girlfriend).
In 2010, co-producers Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg cast Pettyfer in the sci-fi thriller I Am Number Four. Prior to filming, director D.J. Caruso introduced Pettyfer to his costar, Glee actress Dianna Agron; the two split in February 2011.
Pettyfer also appears alongside Vanessa Hudgens, Mary-Kate Olsen and Neil Patrick Harris in Beastly.
