He said he'd be back!

Now that he's finished his duties as governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger is ready to get back to acting.

"Exciting news," he wrote on his Twitter page this morning. "My friends at CAA have been asking me for 7 years when they can take offers seriously. Gave them the green light today."

The box-office champ, 63, has appeared in films only sporadically since winning the governorship in a 2003 special election.

Last year the Terminator star had a cameo with Bruce Willis in Sylvester Stallone's The Expendables. He's rumored to have a role in the franchise's second installment (which is currently in the works).
