Jeff Goldblum, Brian Stokes Mitchell to Play Rachel Berry's Gay Dads on Glee
No more daddy drama for Glee's Rachel Berry!
When the Fox hit's upcoming Valentine's Day episode airs, Glee fans will finally meet her two gay dads, whose identities have been well concealed during the show's first two seasons.
TVLine.com's Michael Ausiello is reporting the series has cast Law & Order: Criminal Intent's Jeff Goldblum and Broadway vet Brian Stokes Mitchell in the roles of Hiram and LeRoy Berry.
Appearing in the February 14 episode titled "Heart," Berry's adoptive parents will also reportedly sing.
While Stokes Mitchell cut his teeth in productions including Ragtime and Kiss Me Kate, which earned him a 2000 Tony, TV/film actor Goldblum also has a theater background, having appeared in 1971's Two Gentlemen in Verona.
During Glee's second season, fellow Broadway vet Idina Menzel was introduced as Berry's biological mom, Shelby Corcoran, and continued to appear on the series as the coach of rival glee club Vocal Adrenaline.
