Rachel Weisz is tremendously moving in this fact-based story. She plays a Nebraska cop who uproots herself to Bosnia, where she uncovers a sex-trafficking ring. Paced like a thriller and punctuated with scenes of women in peril, the drama unsettles. And while it takes a detour with a romance Weisz has an affair with a colleague -- the overall message inspires: One woman can make a difference when blowing the whistle on corruption.
