The Maryland native is also a loyal Taylor Swift devotee who has strong feelings about the outcome of The Bachelor franchise’s subsequent seasons.

Dory has helmed journalism-related internships from her freshman to senior year of college that ultimately provided her the skills to land her first full-time gig at International Business Times, where she covered trending news stories across various news genres such as entertainment, business, health, politics and lifestyle.

After getting her start at IBT as a reporter, she later joined Newsweek‘s entertainment team as a culture writer. She covered breaking news stories mostly within film and television realm and conducted her own reporting.
