The former flames set the precedent well before January 2020 that there would be no bad blood on the red carpet. “Jen and Brad are friends and occasionally connect,” a source told Us Weekly in December 2019. “There’s no chance that a potential run-in between Jen and Brad will be tense or uncomfortable.” As such, Aniston and Pitt were more than cordial, with the Friends alum cheering on her ex-husband when he won his category. "I'm a singer-songwriter so, luckily, I can tell my whole truth. I will not lie in my music." After the Elvis star was interviewed by Hudgens’ red carpet cohost Ashley Graham at the 2023 Oscars, the former couple, who dated from 2011 to 2020, crossed paths outside of the Vanity Fair party.
