David Beckham Involved in Minor Car Accident: Report

David Beckham was involved in a minor car accident Friday when his car collided with another vehicle on Los Angeles' busy 405 freeway, TMZ.com reports.

Law enforcement officials tell TMZ the soccer star, 36, rear-ended a broken down gold Mitsubishi stalled in the carpool lane near Torrence, Calif. The site also reports Beckham's 12-year-old son, Brooklyn, was in the vehicle, but both the boy and his father were not injured.
The driver of the Mitsubishi, who was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, was taken to a local hospital to receive medical attention.

TMZ reports Beckham was not cited or arrested.
