Lindsay Lohan Won't Be Charged In Rehab Assault

Finally some good news for Lilo!
Lindsay Lohan won't be charged with battery for allegedly attacking Betty Ford Center staff member Dawn Holland.

In December, when Lohan, 24, was doing a stint in rehab, Holland told police that the Mean Girls star pushed her and snatched a telephone from her hand. Later, however, Holland refused to cooperate with the investigation, saying she no longer wanted to press charges, reports Reuters.

Prosecutors announced Tuesday that there was insufficient evidence to charge Lohan with the crime.

Still, Lohan has a felony theft case to contend with. The actress is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store. Next up: an April 22 preliminary hearing to determine if there is enough evidence to proceed with a trial.
