Cameron Diaz, Brooklyn Decker, Anna Kendrick and Elizabeth Banks aren't actually pregnant -- but in the just-released promo posters for their movie What to Expect When You're Expecting, the four women are positively glowing!

Diaz, 39, Decker, 24, Kendrick, 26, and Banks, 37, each sport fake baby bumps for the upcoming comedy, inspired by the New York Times bestseller.

Despite their similar situations, the four stars' characters have different very views on pregnancy, ranging from excitement ("If I knew I'd have a rack like this, I would've gotten knocked up years ago," Diaz says) to misery ("I'm calling bullsh-t," Banks complains. "Pregnancy sucks.").

The movie features a star-studded cast that includes Jennifer Lopez, 42, Chace Crawford, 26, Matthew Morrison, 33, Dennis Quaid, 57, Chris Rock, 46, Rodrigo Santoro, 36, Ben Falcone, 38, and Joe Manganiello, 35.
