Carrie Underwood Lands First Movie Role!
Carrie Underwood is heading to the big screen.
The five-time Grammy winner will play a supporting role in inspirational flick Soul Surfer, her rep confirms to UsMagazine.com. The movie is about 19-year-old champion surfer Bethany Hamilton, who lost her arm in a shark attack.

Underwood, 26, will play Sarah Hill, a church youth leader. Filming began in Hawaii this week.
