Does the world really need yet another reality exposé of the rich and famous? Judging from this effort, featuring NYC socialite Tinsley Mortimer and her limo-sharing circle of friends, the answer is (gasp) yes.
Though Mortimer tries a little too hard to be fabulous at first, her harsh romantic travails make her appealing. Plus, her trust-fund posse -- especially nutty rivals Paul and Jules -- is a guilty pleasure. (CW, 9:30 P.M.)
