The young and wayward mothers return, but not much is new. Devotees of this turbulent sequel to 16 and Pregnant will be disappointed that its four stars haven't matured much (though their adorable tots have grown even cuter). Bubbly Chelsea Houska still waffles over her jerky baby-daddy, Adam. Needy Kailyn Lowry, now "pretty serious" with beau Jordan, lets him spend time with her son, Isaac. Fan favorite Leah Messer still needs to reassure husband Corey (they have since split) that she won't cheat again. But the most depressing case of deja vu comes compliments of selfish Jenelle Evans. Even though she signed over custody of son, Jace, 2, to her mother, Barbara, she secretly starts up again with boyfriend Kieffer -- who's just out of jail and homeless! Alas, the showdown between Evans and her mom is an ugly replay of their last shoving and cursing match. Add in two contrived mommy-kid visits to a pumpkin yard, and this once compelling show has grown as tiresome as changing dirty diapers. (MTV, 10 p.m.)
