Katherine Heigl rules in an engaging chick flick as Jane, a selfless NYC single jonesing for her boss, George (Edward Burns), while serving as a bridesmaid (27 dresses and counting!)on weekends. When Jane's sexy sister, Tess (Malin Akerman), swoops in and steals George, their nuptials get covered by a wedding reporter (James Marsden) who falls hard for Jane. The endearing Heigl displays great comic timing in this cute winner, which features as many hot Manhattan locations as it does hideous gowns.
