Holland Roden

Holland Roden was born and raised in Texas. She studied molecular biology and women’s studies at University of California, Los Angeles, before focusing on acting full time.

Roden broke into acting in 2004 with two short films, Consideration and Back at the Ranch. She appeared on a few TV shows before getting her big break in 2011 playing Lydia Martin on Teen Wolf, which ran for six seasons. The actress reprised her role in 2023 for Teen Wolf: The Movie.

She has since starred on Channel Zero, Mayans M.C. and Holidazed. Roden is also a big actress for Hallmark, starring in Time for Him to Come Home for Christmas, Tipline Mysteries: Dial 1 for Murder and Five Gold Rings among other projects for the network.

Roden first worked as an executive producer on an episode of Eat Me in 2015. She later produced 2023’s Mother, May I? and hosted the “UnCoupling” podcast from 2023 to 2024.
