Sterling Shepard

Sterling Clay Shepard was born and raised in Oklahoma. He attended Heritage High School in Oklahoma City, where he played football, basketball and competed in track and field.

The four-star football recruit committed to the University of Oklahoma, where he started as a true freshman in 2012. After four years of college ball, Shepard was selected by the New York Giants in the second round of the 2016 NFL draft. He is currently a wide receiver for the team.

The professional athlete started dating model Chanel Iman in 2016. The couple got engaged one year later and tied the knot in March 2018. They welcomed their first child, daughter Cali, four months later. In December 2019, the pair expanded their family once again, welcoming daughter Cassie.

Us broke the news in January 2022 that Shepard and Iman had quietly separated and were in the process of getting divorced. They filed the initial paperwork in June 2021.
